新型多功能爬楼梯小车设计对于大多数人而言,上下楼梯搬运货物是一件非常辛苦困难的事。即使已经有手推车的存在,但其并不具备自动爬楼功能。针对这个问题,本文研究了一种载货小车既可在平地使用,又可以上下攀爬楼梯的小车。 本文首先对爬楼梯小车的总体方案进行构想。要设计爬楼梯小车就要构想出小车的基本结构框架。设想出小车应该有攀爬机构、重心调节机构和原地转向机构,并在此章节对这些机构做出详细介绍。 其次要提出爬楼梯小车爬楼装置的设计方案,采用行星轮式结构。小车选用全轮驱动的驱动方式。四轮驱动相比一般的两轮驱动方式轨迹更稳、效率更高,具备良好的实用性。爬楼小车的爬楼功能够通过行星轮来实现攀爬楼梯,驱动电机选用步进电机。 再次,对小车的关键构件进行设计分析。选择合理的小车的货箱,对小车的三星轮组尺寸进行设计分析以及对小车的原地转向机构尺寸进行信息设计。 最后, 将运用 SolidWorks软件完成对爬楼梯小车的三维模型建立,再进行小车爬楼梯过程演示,做出最后的小车优化分析和总体评价。 Summary Moving up and down the stairs to carry the goods is a very difficult thing to do. Even if there is a trolley or something, but there is no automatic climbing function. In view of this problem, this paper studies an automatic unloading truck which can be used both on the flat ground and up and down the stairs, and has completed its mechanical structure and overall design. In this paper, the overall scheme of stair climbing trolley is conceived firstly. To design a stair-climbing car, we should conceive the basic structure frame of the car. It is envisaged that the car should have climbing mechanism machines, center of gravity regulators and in-situ steering institutions, and that these institutions should be described in detail in this section. Secondly, we should put forward the design scheme of stair climbing device, and adopt planetary wheeled structure. The car chooses the drive mode of the all-wheel drive. Compared with the general two-wheel drive mode, the four-wheel drive has a more stable trajectory and higher efficiency, and has good practicability. Climbing the building of the car can be achieved through the planetary wheel climbing stairs, driving the motor selection stepper motor. Thirdly, the key components of the small car are designed and analyzed. Choosing a reasonable small car container, the size of the Samsung Wheel group of the small car is designed and analyzed, as well as the size of the in-situ steering mechanism of the car for information design.
